About Jacin
There is a substantial amount of statistics on how real estate and home-ownership affects people as individuals, families, communities, and as a country. I have seen firsthand how the community is in search of leaders within the real estate acquisition and home-ownership arenas. I decided if we can teach adults while catching our youth early on, we can create change in bridging the wealth gap created by home-ownership. A major part of this transition is to alter the way we look at real estate. The scope should change from complication and fear to hope and inspiration. I want it to be understood that it’s much easier to buy a home than many may think. With that in mind, I set out to outline a step-by-step guide to all things real estate.
